Mickey and Sharon Tarasoff along with family and staff will assist you in your shopping experience to live your best life, full of vibrancy and good health. We are open 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

We belong to Health First Network which is an organization with a membership of over 120 independent health and wellness stores across Canada.
